Description: Join us for this presentation as Cara McLeod discusses the devastating effects of adverse life experiences as well as the significant correlation between this trauma and addiction. In her presentation, she will use case examples to illustrate why EMDR therapy is effective in treating both trauma and addiction. In addition, Rachel Malloy will share her experiences with EMDR therapy and why the treatment was an essential component to her recovery.
